Over 10 years' experience with infants, toddlers and adolescent. I also have experience with special needs children with physical disabilities and those on the autism spectrum; it was a great privilege to provide ABA Therapy for several years.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I nannied 3 rambunctious little boys for a time, and while home with the preschooler, I commented that mom and dad bought a soda stream maker. He proudly announced that over the weekend they made a trip to North France and that's where they bought the soda maker. Naturally, I was curious and said "really? North France? That's far away. How did you get there?" He said in such a matter of fact and "duh" tone of voice "we rode in the car!" Later, when mom came home and I shared the story of their trip to "North France" I learned they drove to North Branch, MN. I fondly remember that, and it makes me laugh to this day!
