A little bit about me

My children are now adults, one with children of her own. I’m blessed by the reminder of what a privilege it is to enjoy children’s fresh, honest perspectives. And when they visit or speak with them I so enjoy listening to their observations. To encourage an extensive vocabulary in describing their world is a tremendous gift.
Food has become even more important to me, and seeing nutritional needs are being met with creativity is a beautiful challenge. Meals only enrich the body, but raises awareness too, developing the mind and soul to adhere to healthy eating habits can be established to enrich our lives, not merely sustain.
