A little bit about me

Hi! I’m Jillian and I have been working in childcare for about 8 years now. I started off in a daycare nursery caring for children 3-18 months. I then moved on to working at space camp in Alabama where I was in charge of 10-16 children all ranging from 12-16 years of age. From there I became a part time nanny for a wonderful family. They had three children 9, 14, and 20 years old. Their oldest had cerebral palsy and was on the autism spectrum. This was where I learned my love of working with children with special needs. I then moved back to Florida and began as a registered behavior technician working with children on the autism spectrum for about 2 years. I have always enjoyed working with children and watching them grow. I enjoy getting to know the children and helping them develop their skills and their likes and even dislikes. Just watching children become their own person and grow their own personalities.
