Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
When it comes to experience, I've cared for my baby brother since the day he was born he's now a smart and energetic 5-year-old in pre-K. I've also looked after other children in smaller, jobs over the years. I've helped with everything from diaper changes, brushing teeth, dressing, and feeding, to playing, reading, and keeping the kids engaged and happy.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy activities like building with Legos, playing games, and playing with toy cars. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, going for walks, and taking the kids to the park for fun and active play! Or just staying inside cozy, watching a movie!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part is safety and security for both the parent and the child. You’re leaving your child with someone you haven’t known for long, so a connection needs to be maintained so the parent feels comfortable and confident in my abilities. For the kids as well, a connection needs to be made so they feel comfortable and allow you to take care of them. Another priority is safety always making sure the children are safe and healthy!

My brother has moderate autism, so I have personal experience supporting someone on the spectrum.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite experience was babysitting for a family and their son started telling me about his school and what he was learning (since he was in pre k) While it might seem simple, it meant a lot to me I felt a real connection, and it showed that he saw me as someone he could trust.
