"Joanna is very attentive with my daughter.Very out going and extremely smart.I knew that every time I would leave he with Joanna she was going to be cared for if the best possible way. She worked great with keeping her on the schedule that I recommend for my daughter to be on. I began gaining hands-on childcare experience at age 12 as a trusted family babysitter, caring for younger relatives and god-siblings. Over time, this role naturally grew into a consistent nanny position for a family with three children (ages 1, 4, and 10). One of my favorite nanny moments is watching a child gain confidence and personality over time whether it’s a toddler learning to express big emotions with words or a newborn settling into a secure routine.
