I have a fair amount of experience with children due to the fact that I assisted, sometimes ran the children's classes. The ages of the classes ranges from 3-16 years old. Some of these children had behavioral issues and Jiu-jitsu really helped them get their wiggles out and helped calm them. I am a first time mom, I have a 4-month-old who is the light of my life !
