A little bit about me

My name is Jolee and I own a home daycare that is licensed through department of children and families in Florida and I am also a limited liability corporation for this daycare I also run a non-profit that is licensed in Florida I need to state that I work out of my home because this is the area that is registered and also I have a very extensive contract along with other paperwork that must be filed I have a registration fee which is $125 for one child or $250 for two or more children you will be credited that amount at the 90-day point which is the trial period and I also generally charge by weekly rate which for one child is $290 a week and then there is extra charges like late fees showing up late without contact no show no call fees so I would have to let you look at all of my paperwork I have all my credentials I have all my licenses that I need and I am continuing education every day

I work with VPK for my templates and my worksheets for the children based on their ages we also do safety fun activities to learn about fire safety natural disaster safety is stranger danger we do a lot of field trips to the gulfarium the zoo science center I also raise money through my nonprofit and the children will participate in that whether it's baking something with me or attending and event to help raise money

My experience with special needs children...

I have done all my special needs courses and over the last 19 years I have worked with over 11 down syndrome children three children with colostomy bags and many many children on the spectrum I also can handle deaf, the only thing that I am not prepared for is severe physical disability as I'm not big enough to lift children and do things like that I apologize

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have successfully potty trained my seven children by age 2 within a 7-Day period and I actually have a part of my daycare it is a $200 flat fee refund guaranteed if I do not succeed however I have successfully body trained 11 daycare children between the ages of two and three in less than 14 days
