I have extensive experience working with children through volunteering, babysitting, mentoring, and community service. I am currently interning at a school where I work with children who have IEPs and special needs, supporting them with their individual needs and helping create a safe and positive environment. I have also worked with elementary, middle school, and high school students through various volunteer and mentoring programs. In addition, I have volunteered with organizations that support children and families, including children in foster care.
Outside of my volunteer and internship experience, I have also babysat family members and children in my neighborhood. These experiences have allowed me to work with children of different ages and personalities and have helped me develop patience, responsibility, communication skills, and the ability to keep children safe and engaged.
