I usually come up with a structured plan for the day including arts and crafts, reading, time outside, learning, and time to relax in between. Balance to me is key and everything depends on the age group.I have a lot of experience with newborns. I took the "taking cara babies" classes for newborn babies and up to 7 months. I fostered 5 newborn babies and was a nanny for a family for 3 years with their newborn. My foster babies were tough so if your baby has colic don't worry I know all about it.
