My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for a few children with autism and one with down syndrome. 2 of these kids were in school while the other 1 was babysitting a friend.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I was watching a friends daughter and the baby was 2 at the time, she would come and drop her off at my house and she would stay and hangout, she ended up finding my makeup and showed me a whole step by step tutorial of how she watches her mommy do her makeup!
