Hello! My name is Jorden and I have 4 years of experience working in childcare. I am currently enrolled at the U of A and just moved back from Chicago where I was introduced to the most amazing nannying agency, but sadly it doesn't operate through Tucson. I have had the pleasure of working one on one with children and in large group scenarios. I can help with Light Housekeeping and Cooking/Meal Preparation. I have a car of my own and know the Tucson area very well. I have worked with children of all ages ranging from 0-13 years, although I do have a bit of extra experience when it comes to infants and toddlers. However, I believe that children of all ages deserve the love, understanding, and devotion needed to foster a happy and healthy environment for their bright minds.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Is understanding that the safety and wellbeing of the child, both mentally and physically, is put above all else. Also, open communication between the parents and the nanny in order to create the safest and most productive space for everyone involved, especially the child. .

My experience with special needs children...

At Project Focus I peer mentored multiple different students who were intellectually disabled, helping them adjust to college and guide them towards making good decisions on and off campus.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Was when one of the little girls that I nannied for was making a list of all of her best friends and told me that she didn't include me because I was part of the family, so I didn't count.
