I previously have worked as a nanny for 8 months. I enjoyed my time working with that family, however I relocated for a few months to help my sister care for her newborn. I sat for three other kids since 2022. The ages ranged from 11 months to 7 years.

The most important part about being a nannying is giving the family a support system and being there through the kids milestones. Emotionally supporting them with encouraging words and helping them through their feelings is important to me. Helping them understand what they are feeling improves their wellbeing in later years.

One of my favorite moments that I have with kids are the dance parties. One specific moment I have was with my previous nanny kid. I introduced him to new songs and one was "Here comes the sun", by the Beatles and he was obsessed from there. I would pick him up and spin him around in the living room.
