A little bit about me

Hi my name is Jordyn! I currently in Montgomery, AL but I’ll be moving in November 2025! I have been babysitting & nannying since I was 11 years old. My previous jobs have been with either single child households, up to 3 kids in one family, I’ve worked with special needs children & I worked for a summer camp for 6 summers! I was also a 6mo-1year old teacher and a 3 year old teacher at a private Christian daycare for almost 2 years! Currently I’m a full time nanny and I’ll be looking for something similar when I move in KS.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a daycare teacher for ages 6 weeks to 4 years old.
I babysat my youth pastors 3 kids for about 4 years.
I worked for a summer camp for 6 summers. The ages of the kids I worked with were between 5 years old and 12 years old.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I grew up playing soccer so I love going outside and running around playing sports.
I have 5 siblings so I am used to playing house, dress up, dolls, video games, etc.
I will do whatever your kids love & enjoy.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I want to provide a safe space for not only your child(ren) but also you as parents. Being able to keep your child happy and healthy while your away at work, on a date, or even vacation is my top priority. I want you to be able to fully trust and believe your children are in safe hands.

My experience with special needs children...

In high school I was involved with the special needs department. So I was partnered up with 2 students who had down syndrome. I have worked kids and students on the lower spectrum & higher up spectrum level children.
I still have a lot to learn but I am completely willing and available to gain more knowledge.
