I have 13 ECE units (Working on my ECE Assosciates Degree!), have nannied privately for the past 4 years, and also have a year of daycare experience. I am an older sister to 4 younger siblings, and often babysat in my teen years as well.

The most important part about being a nanny is providing safe, present, and nurturing care. Consistency with these attributes creates a secure and loving connection between the nanny and child (+family), which is what matters the most!
