The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part of being a nanny is making sure a child feels cared for and regulated each and everyday. I think children thrive off of routine and being able to have that structure in their days to enable them to feel happy and calm at all times. Being a nanny to me is giving a child that structure and care that they need while giving parents their much needed work and rest time.
