Each child is unique. Being able to make sure they know you care and knowing to best interest of each while keeping things together and entertainment is balance. It is extremely important!

I don’t have a favorite nanny moment, I have countless childcare provider moments. One being when as student that I helped through some difficult times get through to her senior year and make prom Queen. She confided in me where she struggled in school and we worked through all of it together until she could feel like she could do it. She’s made it to her senior year and complete turn around!
