Being able to understand the child’s needs, likes, dislikes, a one to one and hear them, be there for them, care for them, show them that they matter and are loved. Being on time everyday helps establish consistency, peace, comfort, and reliability that means a lot to children, for them to feel someone is there for them. For me to have a warm, caring , and peaceful heart to better care and understand them. Also, being educated on child development, psychological understanding, and aide care are also important to have and know to help with care.
