A little bit about me

Hello! I've always had a deep love for children, even as a child myself. I began working as a mother's helper at age 9 and began babysitting solo by age 11. By age 13, I was working as a live-in nanny over summer holidays, and loving it!
When playing house or dolls or Barbies, I was always the one with children and babies. I spent my early adulthood nannying, then worked in corporate America for several years before staying home with my own children.
When my children were in high school, I returned to school to earn my degree in Early Childhood Education. I'm just three classes from completing it! I've returned to nannying now, after teaching preschool for several years, and I love it more than ever!
I think that in today's world, it is more important than ever to provide a solid, stable environment for your child(ren). Where they can get to know and play with the kids from their own neighborhood after school, and have a snack at home with a care provider that they know and love.
I believe it's really important to raise smart, brave, kind people and I like to think that I contribute to that in a small way. 😁
