I started sitting with a little boy who was 8 months old when I started taking care of him and now he is 5 years old, watching him grow and learn have been priceless. I no longer keep him since I moved to Mississippi from Louisiana but I do keep in touch with his mom who still shares his photos and growth with me. She can provide a reference if needed.
