Hi! My name is Juliana, I am currently a senior at Grand View University studying business and kinesiology and will graduate May 1! I am able to work part time until graduation, then full time after. I can also rearrange my class schedule to better fit your family schedule. I will be attending Iowa this July for Physical Therapy. I have watched many children over the years, most being family of all ages. I love being around children! My mother is a special education teacher for children with significant disabilities, so I am very comfortable helping with anything they may need. I enjoy reading, being outside, and sports! Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love being outside - hiking, going to the pool, playing catch, going to the park, having a picnic, going on walks! Indoor activities I enjoy are puzzles, board games, learning activities, and an occasional movie! I also love going on adventures such as going out for ice cream, to the science center, and anything else that they are able to engage in! I prefer some sort of activity that provides stimulation for children rather than electronics! :)

My experience with special needs children...

I have volunteered in my mother’s classrooms for Level 3 special needs children for 7 years. I have been around children with significant special needs of all ages (elementary-high school) and have enjoyed every minute.
