The most important part about being a nanny...
I think patience and love are the most important aspects of being a nanny. Being a nanny is more than just watching someone's children for a paycheck, u are being entrusted with lives, priceless god-given jewels,mit can be a challenge, but the bottom line is that they're people too, whether they are what the world perceives as normal or they are on the spectrum or have other special needs, they are people, they deserve our Kindness, our Love, Compassion, and Empathy, some tender affection and most of all Respect. Kids know when u aren't feeling them, when u have an ulterior motive; two of my favorite scriptures are 2 Corinthians. 9:7. Let each one do just as he has resolved in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for god loves a cheerful giver. And Philippians.2:3,4. Do nothing out of contentiousness or egotism, but with humility consider others superior to you, as you look out not only for your own interests but also for the interests of other.
