The most important part of being a nanny is meeting children where they are at. Every child has different needs and I always do my best to accommodate. Above all else, safety and constant supervision on children at all times is crucial. I never let children out of my site or allow them to leave the general area I am in as I must know they are cared for.

I have experience with children with autism and ADHD. I lead by referring to the parents, and go off what works for each child and family.

My favorite nanny memory was working for a family with a 15 month old and by our last year together, their daughter was fully prepared and excited for preschool. This was a year of huge growth and I was so grateful to be apart of it.
