Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’ve been in many positions involving caring for children, such being as being a babysitter (beginning at the age eleven), a lifeguard, and an elf onboard a Christmas train. Between all of these different roles I have worked, I have learned an endless about children, but especially about how fulfilling and fun it is getting to work with them!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
My all time favorite things is doing any and all arts & crafts! I love creating and getting hands-on. I also love nature walks, and getting outside! I also am a huge reader and movie lover, so I love getting to enjoy all the fun stories that are children’s books and movies. My favorite series is Trolls, without a doubt!!
My experience with special needs children...
In high school I was apart of Tiller Buddies; A club that included students from both the general education population, as well as those in special education who join in the activities and events. I also have experience of babysitting a 4 year old boy, who has Nonverbal Austim.
