The most important part about being a nanny...
It wasn't a nanny moment, just a babysitting moment. But it was when I took those two little ones to the park in my car. I have fake flowers pinned to the roof of it and they loved it. I have extra flower petals in my backset and they had a blast back there playing with them and asking questions. They now refer to me as their "friend with the flowers".
