I also guide them in developing a sense of responsibility and thinking about their future. On top of that, I have babysitting experience with family and friends’ children of various ages. We practiced together every day, and by the end of the week, she read a whole book to her parents with the biggest smile on her face. Seeing that boost in her confidence melted my heart—it reminded me why I love working with kids!
