One thing I have found very important about being a nanny over the years, is that you need to be patient and listen to them, all they want is your attention and affection. So making sure they feel heard, and not ignored.

My favorite moment nannying has to be when I was watching 4 kids and I had us all make our own pizza, I enjoyed the conversation the most and just seeing how creative they were, the twins made a cat and a face, while the oldest made a flower and the middle child made a hover board. After we made a fort and I made cocoa and we watched a movie and talked until everyone fell asleep.
