I work at a church nursery for children ages 10 months to 5 years old. I have been babysitting for 6 years for children ages 12 and under. From June 6th to August 1st of this year, I will be a camo counselor for children ages 7 to 16.

I'm not athletic, but I will gladly play outside with the kids and take them in walks. I love doing any type of craft or teaching new skills to the kids.

Is the relationship you form with the kids, it's not really about the money or the experience you gain, but just spending time with all types of kids.
My experience with special needs children...
I don't have any degrees, but I do understand how to work with children with disabilities or any other special needs because my mother is a behavioral analyst and I work with her at times. I also have autism, ADHD, and auditory processing myself, so I understand how children's brains work differently from mine and other people's.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment would have to be when I showed up for a regular babysitting job and the child ran up to me and immediately dragged me to come play without needing to say hi.
