Being an empath. I’m my past experience with children, I view it very important to appreciate and acknowledge what a child is expressing. Showing compassion and understanding towards the children has helped me to create strong bonds and trust within my job!

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment has to be teaching two toddlers how to dance tap! The family knew I had previously danced for 15 years and the children wanted to learn some moves from me! We practiced all week and surprised the parents one day with a routine one day! The joy the children had from impressing their parents is something I’ll never forget!
