A little bit about me

Hi! I’m a caring, patient, and dependable caregiver with experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. I’ve cared for my two younger siblings, cousins, and other family members, and I’ve helped with after-hours childcare at my aunt’s daycare.

I’m a pre-nursing student and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), CPR and BLS certified, with a strong focus on safety and compassionate care.

I can help with meal preparation, homework, educational enrichment, creative play, and age-appropriate activities. I love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and can learn and grow.

My goal is to provide reliable childcare and give families peace of mind, knowing their little ones are treated with kindness, patience, and attention. I look forward to meeting your family!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have experience caring for children through helping with my younger siblings, cousins, and family members, as well as assisting with after-hours childcare at my aunt’s daycare. My CNA experience and nursing education have also strengthened my caregiving, safety, and communication skills.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy reading stories, doing arts and crafts, playing educational games, helping with homework, and creating fun, age\-appropriate enrichment activities\. I love encouraging creativity through coloring, music, dancing, and imaginative play\. I also enjoy outdoor activities, puzzles, and hands\-on learning that help children explore, build confidence, and develop new skills\. For younger children, I enjoy sensory play, interactive books, and activities that support their development\.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is making children feel safe, loved, and supported while building trust with both the children and their families. I believe every child deserves patience, kindness, and individualized attention. Being a nanny means more than supervising children; it means helping them learn, grow, build confidence, and create happy memories while giving parents peace of mind knowing their children are in caring, dependable hands.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience supporting children with behavioral, physical, and cognitive disabilities. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, understanding, flexibility, and individualized care. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every child feels respected, comfortable, and valued. I understand that every child has unique needs and abilities, and I’m willing to adapt activities and routines to help each child feel supported and included.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was showing the children Matilda for the first time and talking with them about the message behind the movie. I loved seeing their reactions and helping them understand the importance of kindness, courage, standing up for what is right, and believing in themselves. It was special to turn movie time into a meaningful conversation while still having fun together. Moments like these remind me that even simple activities can leave a lasting, positive impact on a child.
