The most important thing about being a nanny is being patient and a good communicator. It is harder for kids to understand so you have to know how to work with them in a way that they can grasp an understanding of what you’re trying to say. It is also about building a respectable relationship with both the parents and the child you are nannying while also maintains clear boundaries.
