Hi there! My name is Kambrie, and since I was a little girl i’ve loved being around kids! I grew up in Utah and attended Riverton High School. I enjoy going to the gym, spending time outside, reading, and of course being around kids! I am very hardworking, energetic and passionate when it comes to childcare! More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

In high school I took as many teaching and early childhood classes as possible. I completed child development, Early Childhood Education 1, 2 and 3, and participated in an advanced teacher education course that allowed me to do practicums in preschool and elementary classrooms! I have been babysitting since I was 12. I also worked at a montessori preschool for 2.5 years. I have been a part time nanny to multiple familes for a little over a year. In my time teaching and nannying i’ve worked with kids 3 months to 10 years old! I love developing one on one connections with children of all ages and would love to work with yours!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing all things outdoors! There is nothing better than spending your days playing and having fun in the fresh air. Some of my favorite activities to do when nannying are going on walks, coloring with chalk, and going swimming! Of course indoor activities can be lots of fun too! I am very creative and love planing crafts, themed days, and other activities to do. Some things i’ve done with past families include: bracelet making, movie day, baking, painting, and a glow in the dark day! I also value the education of young children. I am always eager to create activities and experiences that foster a child’s natural love for learning. This can include engaging activities that work fine and gross motor skills, aide in learning letters and numbers, and help with language development. I have so many exciting ideas and would love to implement them with your child!

The most important part about being a nanny...

For me the most important part about being a nanny is building a strong and trusting relationship with the whole family. In order for everyone to feel at ease you need a foundation of understanding and trust.
