More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

On Sundays I am helping in the baby area while parents are listening to the pastor preach! I change diapers if necessary and put smaller babies to sleep!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love going outdoors with kids! I’ll take my little sister to the park when the weather is looking good! I love coloring with kids as well, everyday after school me and my sister color in her coloring book!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is gaining the parents confidence and trust to be with their children. Leaving kids with nanny’s is already scary enough, and i think gaining trust with a parent is very important. I want every parent to be able to leave peacefully knowing their child is in amazing hands.

My experience with special needs children...

The only “special needs” child I have had was when I worked at a daycare, I had a boy of 5 years old who was very behind for his age, always had a hard time at school, and threw tantrums for everything. I always tried to understand him and help him with his needs and if that didn’t work then I patiently waited until he told me what he needed, sometimes it was just a hug.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment is when your child realizes i’m a safe space and not just authority. I love when your kids no longer look to me as just a nanny but someone they can connect with and enjoy their time while their parent(s) are out and enjoying their activities as well.
