I’ve worked with a family for 5 years, I cook, clean, I take him to appointments, parks, play dates, one on one time. I also worked with a special needs child, making sure personal care/hygiene was taken care of. Safety needs were met, I worked with him on communication/expression skills. Also caring for 3 year old sister, making sure each child has their own time with me!

Going to the park, watching movies, creating/art projects, crafting, playing sports (throwing ball, bouncing ball), swimming, going places they like, going places that are of interest of the kids, ice cream.

We went to the park, we saw this really cool dog and he pointed and asked what kind of breed is that dog and asked to go pet it, and he was so happy to get to learn more and it made me happy that he was happy!

I recently come from a background of production related work (ie autoshows, pa, catering management) and after 20 years decided to go back to working with children. In my earlier years I had two nanny jobs; one was one child aged 3 and worked with her until she turned 8. The second was for a family of four kids under the age of four, when I started and I stayed with them until the babies were in school (about 4 yrs).
