I immediately felt her warm, nurturing, and caring personality the first time I met her. My kids both love when Miss Karen comes over. She does an amazing job with following my care directions, as well as communicating with us throughout the day, so that we can receive pictures, videos, and updates. She is extremely reliable, and always offering to lend some extra help around the house as well. She’s truly the best."
