More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

At a young age I’ve always enjoyed working interacting with kids including my nieces/nephews I was always a favorite and the best aunty. I’ve babysat for family friends and they confined in me and very well had many learning experiences due to working with those kids ages 1-10 for about 2 years. I later than worked with immigrant kids at a campsite for about a year due to the program ending early it was unfortunate it did because it was one of the most rewarding jobs. I learned to really sympathize and learn the struggles some young kids have to go through on a daily bases some kids are more fortunate than others… very soon after that I got a job which is my current position as of now as a caregiver at a nursing home going on 3 years working at a nursing home in Glendora. It feels super rewarding and another great learning experience for my future self and my future goals.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Most important thing would definitely have to be being very patient, acknowledge the child’s feelings, actions and behaviors. Being a support system when or if a child feels they can’t speak up, a friend but also a responsible adult someone they can confine in.
