I’m Karla Villacis, and although I’m 18, I’ve always had a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to caring for children. I’ve worked at the Ross Summer Camp for about three years, primarily with kids ages 4-5. It’s been such a rewarding experience I truly enjoy creating a fun, nurturing, and safe environment where young children can learn, grow, and feel supported.
