I have worked at a daycare for about 7 months where I have cared for 7 two year olds and for a time was in the infant room where I cared for babies. I almost have my CDA but have certificates from high school that qualify on the "Care about child Care" career ladder as being equivalent to having my CDA.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think for me it would be having a consistent schedule and making sure that I can be the best version of myself for the children. I also believe in one on one quality time and making sure that children feel comfortable with me. I want to be a safe zone.
