To me that's obviously too keep the children safe. Honestly, if we aren't being safe I'm not having fun. I think it's also important to understand what the parents expect and if we can agree on my responsibilities and style of care. Plus we should definitely be having some fun!

The baby girl I used to nanny was a very happy baby and she had a giggling fit one night while I was trying to eat my cereal. Best sound in the world is a laughing baby! Also anytime she said a new word made a good memory.
