A little bit about me

I am a friendly and caring person. I am in my sophomore year of high school and I have roughly one year of nanny experience. When left to my own devices, I run a fairly tight ship using positive discipline in a gentle manner, but I will use different techniques if instructed to. My goal is to help children grow and learn while also enforcing their parents rules. I usually spend part of my shifts creating and participating in educational and mentally stimulating games or activities. Another portion of my time is typically spent finding any sort of fun physical activities to keep children active. Depending on the child, I constantly adjust my approach on dealing with certain situations and if something I am doing is not working then I will evaluate what tactics do work then adopt them into the way I interact with a certain child.
