A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Karmen and I'm currently a 21 year old college student studying child development. I've completed over 12 units so far and plan to become a teacher one day, so working with kids is something I truly care about.

I've been caring for children seasonally since I was 14, with experience mostly with kids ages 3 and up. Over the years, I've learned how to connect with each child in a thoughtful and intentional way, always prioritizing their well-being and growth.

I have my own transportation and feel confident driving with children. I'm happy to help with light household tasks, and while I'm no Gordon Ramsay, I can whip up simple and healthy meals or snacks!

This fall, I have one in-person class on Mondays at Ventura college from 3:30-5 PM, but I'm otherwise I available mornings to late afternoons Monday through Friday. I hope that can work!
