A little bit about me

I’ve always loved working with kids, and my experience started when I was 14 helping out for family friends. From there it grew into something I carried with me throughout high school and into college. I’ve always been the kind of person families meet once and then keep my number handy, whether they need consistent help or just a trusted sitter for date night.
In college I was a nanny for a newborn and her 3-year-old sister. Building a bond with both of them was such a special experience, and I still keep in touch with the family today. Those relationships mean a lot to me, and they’ve shaped the way I approach childcare with patience, consistency, and genuine care.
I now have a flexible work schedule, and I’m committed to being someone families can count on. I take pride in being reliable, present, and creating a safe and fun environment for kids.
I am trained in CPR and First Aid, first done through my schooling, and have freshened up recently.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a nanny throughout college for 2 sisters, a 3-month-old and 3 years 3-year-old. I was responsible for lunch and dinners as well as diaper changes and bottle feeding, and everything in between. I really enjoyed playing with them in the yard and creating chalk art on the sidewalks. I believe it is important for kids to spend time outside during the day and be creative!
