Hi! My name is Kascha, I’m 22 years old, and I graduated with a Bachelor's in Education from Central Washington University in June 2024. I'm currently pursuing a law degree, but childcare has always been a central part of my life. I started babysitting at age 12 with a certification and have worked as a full-time nanny for several years. I have extensive experience with children of all ages, including those with special needs and behavioral health challenges. I’ve also spent three years working in classroom settings. I love creating fun, engaging activities that support children’s development and keep them busy in meaningful ways. I’m CPR/First Aid certified, trained in car seat safety, medication administration, and bloodborne pathogen handling. I have extensive experience caring for children in a variety of settings. I began babysitting at age 12 after earning a certification and have since worked as a full-time nanny for several families, providing personalized care for children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged kids.
