"Kasey was an awesome Nanny who has turned into one of my best friends in life. Great person, great worth ethic, big heart. Will always look out for me in life even though she is no longer my Nanny. Another thing about Kasey is that she helped raise me alongside my parents. I had 3 older brothers so it was nice having her around to pay attention to me, teach me about people, places and just basic life advice. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Caring for children has been the heart of my life's work. I spent more than 10 years as a nanny for one wonderful family, often caring for five or six children at a time, and years later I still have a close relationship with them—a testament to the lasting bonds I strive to build.

As a foster parent, CASA volunteer, Human Services graduate, and mentor to youth in an intensive mental health program, I've learned that every child thrives when they feel safe, loved, and encouraged. Today, I bring that same passion to creating fun, engaging experiences for children as an Activities Director, and I'm excited to find a long-term family to grow with.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I absolutely love singing, dancing, reading stories with silly voices, and creating fun, interactive adventures. I enjoy cooking and baking, and I love getting kids involved in the kitchen in age-appropriate ways that build confidence and life skills. Nothing brings me more joy than watching little faces light up when they learn something new, accomplish something they didn't think they could, or simply have fun being kids.

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me, being a nanny is so much more than simply caring for children—it's about becoming someone they trust, feel safe with, and look forward to seeing each day. I strive to create a loving, fun, and encouraging environment where children can laugh, learn, explore, and grow with confidence. Whether we're reading stories, baking cookies, building forts, or celebrating the little victories, my goal is to help create happy childhood memories while giving parents the peace of mind that their children are loved, supported, and in caring hands.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience caring for children on the autism spectrum with a wide range of abilities and support needs, from nonverbal children to those who are more independent. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, flexibility, clear communication, and meeting each child where they are. I also parented a young child with Type 1 diabetes, giving me firsthand experience with daily care routines, monitoring, and the attentiveness needed to support a child with medical needs while helping them enjoy a happy, active childhood.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Choosing just one favorite nanny moment is nearly impossible, but now that I'm in my 40s (or, as I like to say... *29 with extra experience* 😉), one of the greatest joys has been watching the children I cared for grow into amazing adults. They're now in their twenties, and I'm still close with their family—a relationship I truly treasure. Looking back on all the adventures, laughter, and memories we created together reminds me exactly why I love being a nanny.
