I enjoy arts and crafts, hiking, taking out weeds around the house (a fun activity that will make mom and dad happy!), biking, movies, reading, dance parties, you name it!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part to me is the connection you have with the kids. I think about if I was a child, I would want to be comfortable enough to feel like she is family. I want my nanny kids to be able to be honest and let me know how they are feeling no matter what!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most memorable moment I have is with one of my preschoolers at the daycare. He was having a tough day and I made sure he felt seen and cared for. I let him feel his feelings and know it's okay to be upset. He came out of the bathroom later that day, and said to me "Hey Kasey, I just want to tell you that I love you." Oh my gosh did that ever make my heart melt. I will NEVER forget that moment!

I grew up babysitting for my moms friends and eventually started working at a daycare when I was in high school and stayed there for three years.
