The most important part about nannying is the respect you have for the children as well as the parents. You have to give the child respect just like you would an adult, while also respecting the parents rules and regulations. Lastly, the biggest part is to have fun.

I have lots of experience with kiddos of all ages- I'm one of 7 kids, I have 5 young nieces and nephews. I was a nanny to a couple different families for a little over a year, ages ranged from 3mos-6yrs! For the past few summers, I've volunteered at Trail West Lodge, a family Young Life camp in Colorado, where I was a Kids Club teacher and got to teach 3-7yo's about Jesus! I worked as a para at a K-6th elementary school for a little over a year, I helped in every grade level. Growing up, my mom, aunt, and grandma have always had their own in home daycares, (and still do!) I've been surrounded by newborns and kids of all ages- my whole life! I adore them.
