Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a daycare teacher in Black Mountain, I worked with 3 year olds mostly and infants but I have worked in all of the rooms and ages from infant to pre-k! I have also nannied and baby sat since I was 12 years old. I still have a family I nanny for every now and then on weekends!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing arts and crafts with kids and being in nature! I like to read books with them and color or draw. Anything that is hands on for the kid to learn I love to do!

The most important part about being a nanny to me is keeping the kids safe and also helping them learn. And being trustworthy and dependable for the parents!

I have worked with special needs children. I used to nanny a 2 year old boy with autism and my little brother is also autistic and I’ve watched him his whole life!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The last family I nannied for has a 6 year old daughter and me and her were very close! She would make me cards for holidays and would paint me pictures and she was very sad when I had to stop nannying for them and I was too! But I still keep in touch and nanny for them on weekends sometimes! The 2 year old I watched was deaf and autistic and I had watched him for weeks and he never laughed or talked or anything, and then one day we were playing and I tickled him and I heard his laugh and it was a very sweet moment!
