A little bit about me

I have always loved children. I am a retired educator of 35 years. I have a BS in early childhood education with the specialty in Reading. I have a MA from Samford University in early childhood education. I started Obion County, Tennessee preschool program, as well as their "child need" level. I'm a single parent that raised two young men who are engineers (electrical & civil). I don't use negative words to correct children when they want to do their own thing. I use positive learning methods. Currently I am frequently called to "sub" for Pre k - 3rd grade for the Birmingham School district.
