A little bit about me

I am a grandma several times over myself. I have never had a position as a nanny however I spent my whole life taking care of my family, my husband, my children and my grandchildren. I do have an extensive background as a caregiver in California. I was a certified caregiver for over 9 years. I have first aide, CPR and wound care training. Prosthetics care is not problem. Diabetes testing, care, nutrition and administration of medication. Well versed in universal precautions. My grandmother was a 2nd grade teacher and she passed on a love of reading. As well as vocabulary. I have a creative side and love arts and crafts and nature. Biology was my favorite subject in high school, although I studied business administration in college. I am available M-F and occasional weekends. My only language is english, with understanding of some Spanish. I also have cooking and cleaning skills.
