A little bit about me

I am 38 years old with 20 years of childcare experience through nannying, daycare, and pre-school. A favorite position of mine was watching 6 months old triplet boys and their 2 year old brother! I did everything from changing diapers, making and cleaning bottles, lunch, and snacks for older brother to organizing all their baby supply delivers! I've also had my own infant classroom, which was a lot of fun, too! Great routine and lots of fun projects and sensory play, too!
I am very organized and love keeping things in order, especially for baby and mom and dad! I have no problem doing light aundry and chores while the baby is sleeping (cleaning toys and play areas, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy).

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Working at a pre-school I also helped with a co-teacher's younger child. I also care for my friend's children as often as I can!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I absolutely love doing crafts! Even the tiniest babies can do some amazing artwork with just a little assistance from a helping hand! ☺️ Sensory play, reading, and singing are also favorite activities of mine! I may not be A top 10 singer but I know some great baby tunes!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Knowing that you are a child's best friend and teacher. It doesn't matter what age, you are there to teach and help grow and be a little silly and foster all that built in creativity! I love the bond I have shared with not only the children I cared for but their families, too! I feel lucky to have been apart of each of their lives.

The most important part about being a nanny...

This one is pretty hilarious (kinda gross. Lol) I was changing one of the triplet boys I cared for, he was 6 months old. I was alarmed when I saw something red in his diaper. Quickly, I realized it was a tiny piece of STRING from a tassle on the living room chair!! YUP. Eaten, digested and released, just for me! 🤣 I died laughing and texted his mom immediately after he was all clean!

Add on: Child did not consume string in my care! Chair was promptly removed from room after incident! 😆
