When I am realizing in a teaching hands on moment during one of my employment positions how I just got schooled by a 5 year old and outwitted by the 4 year old sibling. It's my personal experience that encourages me to believe a formal education can be accomplished in any given moment of any given scenario as long as you keep your self open to learning and check your ego at the door. We all have something special to educate each other on if we simply opt to fully engage and allow ourselves to absorb the knowledge and details surrounding us each day!
